Colab Construct is collaborating closely with Glenberley Wines on this greenfield winery project, managing the build from feasibility to handover.

Site planning involved joint assessments with the client and consultants of the Waipara site's soils, topography, and infrastructure, guiding layouts for production, storage, and cellar door areas.
​
During design, our Directors ran design workshops with the client, architects, and engineers to develop practical plans. Gareth handled cost planning and value engineering to meet budgets, while Charlie advised on buildability to streamline construction.

We coordinated the consenting process—resource and building consents—handling submissions, council responses, and approvals to maintain momentum.

Construction is advancing quickly, with earthworks, foundations, and framing completed with roofing and cladding underway. Director oversight ensures subcontractor coordination, issue resolution, and adherence to timelines and standards.
