Colab Construct have had the pleasure of working with Glenberley Wines on this greenfield winery project, managing the build from feasibility through to completion and handover.
Working alongside the client, architects, and consultants, our Directors provided practical design, buildability, cost planning, and consenting input to develop a solution that balanced the project vision with the operational requirements of a working winery.
Throughout construction, Colab worked closely with the project team to navigate the day-to-day challenges of delivering a complex and evolving project. As the needs of the winemaking operation developed, we adapted the construction approach, resolved issues as they arose, and coordinated trades to maintain momentum while ensuring the client’s and architect’s vision remained at the forefront.
The winery has now been successfully completed and handed over, providing a purpose-built facility tailored to Glenberley Wines’ production, storage, and cellar door requirements.
