The existing building was deemed earthquake-prone, with limited warehouse storage and an outdated office layout.
Gareth provided critical cost input during the design phase, developing a detailed plan for staging and methodology to ensure smooth project execution. This included refurbishing a nearby temporary building to accommodate Telfers' operations while work was underway on their existing site.

The construction scope included seismic strengthening, warehouse expansion, and significant upgrades to electrical and fire safety systems. It also encompassed siteworks, landscaping, and the reconfiguration and refurbishment of office spaces and staff amenities, resulting in a safer, more efficient facility.
